We took quite the departure from WW II historical fiction this month! We read "Station Eleven" by Emily St. John Mandel. It's post-apocalyptic. It definitely made me think and will probably stick with me for awhile. I started this painting last week, late at night, but wasn't able to finish it until today. I was out of town for a few days enjoying time with my friends/co-workers. My husband was able to come and it was good to get away!
