I felt kind of out of control while painting the petals, which is where I started this painting. My husband got home from work when I was about 2/3 of the way finished and I told him I didn't like it at all! I thought it was definitely going to get wiped. After getting everything blocked in, I went back into the flower and made some adjustments. It definitely helped. I would prefer to put down a stroke and leave it alone, but in this case it was better to fix it. I feel like I'm still trying to get back into the groove of painting after the 30 day challenge and being out of town for a week.
