I'm still trying to catch up on my blog post. The photo is a little washed out on the left. For this painting I tried a somewhat new perspective for me. I also added a white plate, which usually gives me lots of problems :) I used my spotlight (which I've now broken), and I'm still working on how to lighten the values where the spotlight hits.
